Weekly planner for teachers

Set up your timetable once and every week starts with your periods in place. Link each period to its plan and add notes.

What it does

Each period has a time, subject, class, room and colour. Attach the lesson, unit or slides you'll use and add a note. The timetable is saved, so each new week starts from it, and today's periods show on your Heapso home page.

Set up the timetable by hand, import it from KAMAR, LINC-ED, Hero or a calendar file, or take a photo of a printed timetable. Two-week (A/B) timetables work too.

Who it's for

Secondary teachers juggling several classes and rooms, and primary teachers who want the week's plans in one place.

Questions teachers ask

Can I import my school timetable?
Yes. Import a CSV or calendar file from KAMAR, LINC-ED or Hero, or any .ics calendar. If your school uses KAMAR, your admin can also sync timetables for all staff.
Does importing cost credits?
Importing a file is free. Reading a timetable photo uses 1 credit, and the photo is deleted once it's read.
